\n [vc_column_text]If you have a current Chronic Disease Management plan (previously known as an Enhanced Care Plan) set up with your doctor, then you can make a claim for the allocated podiatry appointments under Medicare. This care plan is initiated by your doctor if you meet the criteria specified by Medicare.<\/p>\n

Under the care plan, you may be able to access up to five consultations with a podiatrist each year depending on your allocation given by your doctor. The podiatrists at Better Health Pathway are registered with Medicare and have the expertise necessary to work in the field of chronic disease management.<\/p>\n
